Workforce Development
At RPM, mentorship is the key to passing on invaluable knowledge from experienced restorers to the next generation. Our RPM Apprenticeship Program offers aspiring restorers the chance to earn while learning this craft. Through our Endangered Skills Program, apprentices are connected with restoration masters and the instructional process is recorded and shared to preserve these skills.
