THE GREAT RACE X-CUP

2025 Grant Application

The Great Race 2024 is a controlled-speed endurance road rally organized and presented by Great Race, Chattanooga, TN and sponsored by Hemmings Motor News and Hagerty Insurance. The RPM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization which is dedicated to advancing careers in vehicle restoration and preservation. Great Race X-Cup student teams that qualify, are eligible for an RPM Grant of up to $3,500. Teams applying for Grant must already be registered and accepted by Great Race for 2025.


The purpose of the RPM X-Cup Grant is to help with participation and automotive expenses incurred during the Great Race. X-Cup Teams applying for the Grant must be associated with a recognized educational organization, or qualified 501(c)(3) youth development organization. Awards will be made in the form of a prepaid debit card, which will be issued to (and become the responsibility of) the Advisor at the start of the 2025 Great Race.

By submitting this application, the Advisor acknowledges that All Participating Crew and Support members agree to permit RPM & Great Race the use of their name, voice and/or likeness and photographic/ videographic images of them and their vehicle for news, publicity, and feature use, films, and video, newspapers and magazines.
